How do I track my order?
Once the order is placed the website will provide you with an accountwhich will keep updating you about the making of the product . The shipment can be traced through GPS .
What are your delivery options?
Supreme delivery , normal delivery this are the time related delivery options .In supreme delivery you will get your order in a shorter time with extra charges than Normal Delivery .
How do I return an item?
You will have a 'return the product' option available on our website . If you wish to return the product you can use our website options or directly contact on our helpline number available .
How can I contact your couriers?
You can always contact us on our helpline number in case of any help required .
Do you provide International delivery?
We did't start International delivery upto yet . But our technical team working on this project . We are going to introduce this facility in next year .
What is your returns policy?
If the customer wants to return a product as per the terms and conditions specified a certain amount of money will be deducted from the selling price of the garment and the left over will be returned to the customer . The amount to be deducted will depend on the type of customized garment and comlexity as well as quality measures involved in it .
